wheat flour – milk chocolate 15.3% – sugar – fresh eggs * 14.1% – butter – cream pistachio 7.3% – hazelnut cream 7.3%  – natural yeast (wheat flour – water – yeast) – chopped caramelized pistachios 2.7% (sugar – pistachio 40%) – glucose syrup – salt – skimmed milk powder – natural flavoring.

The Marzadro Distillery offers a unique and artisanal Panettone dedicated to the Trentino Grappa lovers.

After a long leavening and slow cooking, the typical Christmas cake is soaked in Grappa to form Le Diciotto Lune panettone, creating a combination of strong character.

Le Diciotto Lune is a Grappa Stravecchia emblematic of the culture, care and art of lambicar. Obtained from the distillation in a bain-marie in discontinuous alembic still of 5 Trentino pomace such as Marzemino, Teroldego, Merlot, Moscato and Chardonnay, it is aged in small cherry, ash, oak and robinia barrels that each give their own characteristics of aroma, aroma, color and flavor. The aging time follows the rhythms of nature: 18 months pass from moon to moon.

The scent becomes intense, it becomes more ethereal and harmonious, the taste loses its initial angularity and is rounded to give an elegant and silky perception in the mouth. The color reaches a warm amber hue. The Master Distiller follows the maturation until the ideal blend and full harmony between wood and Grappa is reached. Thus was born, Le Diciotto Lune Marzadro, a refined grappa for meditation.
