That’s where I discovered that it was a kind of Mortadella made in the USA. When I went to Italy I asked for the Bologna and they told me it is a city. I investigated more and learned that actually in the USA they understood wrongly. What they call BOLOGNA is the Italian mortadella. I tried yours and I love it. I usually make a Merenda for my kids with focaccia bread and they love it.
