Both great. But when I tried this, it went beyond my expectations.
The flavor is so rich that I can grate it on my pasta, add it to my sandwich, bite it in between meals, or just as a snack at the office with my colleague. My mother who is 78 years old and is lactose intolerant eats it too and she has no problem. Top-quality.
